To create an account,

1. First you need to go to the create an account page.  Do this by clicking on the link above or you can go to the home page, http://www.wbcoc.com/, and then click on create an account. 
2. Then fill out the information and submit. 
3. Next, we will receive your request in the office and send you a confirmation email.  This usually take 24 hours or less.  Most of the time less.
4. Finally, put your user name and password in the corresponding places in the top right of the home page.http://www.wbcoc.com/
