End of Summer Lock in-June 11th This is our annual lock-in to celebrate the end of the school year. The fun starts at 8 pm and goes till 7 am. Bring $10 for food and games. Parents please pick your teen up on time.
Bible Study at the Shannon’s– June 13th For those teens who want to learn a little more and dig a little deeper we will have a Bible Study on different topics throughout the summer. The learning begins Sunday night after service at the Shannon’s. Bring $5 for dinner.
Visiting With Brett– June 15th Every Tuesday Brett goes visiting shut-ins and other people who need visits. It goes from 10-2. Bring money for lunch. Make sure you sign up online because the first 3 people each week get to go.
TNHO at the Brown's– June 15th The Tuesday Night Hangouts are back. Each Tuesday night we will meet at a different teens house to hangout, have fun, and hear a little about God. It starts at 7pm and goes till 9pm. If you can have the teens in your home please let me know.. The teens house we will go to each week will be posted on the website(wbcocyouth.com) and I will make sure to tell everyone too.
Summer Fun Thursday-June 17th On most Thursdays this summer there will be a fun activity of some kind. This week we will go bowling at AMF Davie from 1pm—3pm. Bring $15 for bowling and shoes. RSVP by June 13th to make sure you have a spot.
Summer Bible Camp– June 20-26 Make sure you send in your camp registration form as soon as possible because camp does fill up. Also, make sure you RSVP on the youth website (wbcocyouth.com) so I know you need a ride. If you don’t tell me I won’t have a ride for you and that would be bad. We will leave Sunday during service and get back Saturday around 4pm. You need money for food on the way up and back. For all the details about camp and registration forms, go to www.mycfbc.com.

4th of July Parade– July 3rd To advertise for Vacation Bible School. We will hand out water and other prizes in the parade. All the details will be coming soon.

Summer Fun Thursday– July 8th This weeks event is GunkBall. It is an amazing game of excitement, water, and gunk. Meet at the building at 4pm. Bring $5 and a change of clothes. We will eat pizza after the game and finish at 7pm.
Jaws Night– July 10th (Think Jaws Theme) We will be having the greatest pool party ever. The fun goes from 4-8 and we will be hanging out, playing games, eating shark, and watching Jaws. Bring $5 for food. The location will be announced as soon as I have one. Any volunteers?
Miami Work Camp– July 12-15 We will be going to the Sunset Church of Christ in Miami and doing work. Teens 16 and older can help at Habitat For Humanity and others can paint houses, evangelize, do homeless work, indoor work, or Haiti relief work. It is $35 plus lunch each day. Breakfast and dinner will be provided. Everyone need to bring a paint brush. We will leave the church building July12th at 4:30 and get back July 15th around 6pm. Bring stuff for the beach. There will be a party at the end . Make sure you RSVP by June 12th.

Summer Fun Thursday– July 22nd This weeks event is lunch with Brett at Sonny’s. Its one of my favorite places to eat. Meet at Sonny’s on University at 12pm.

Spiritual Growth Workshop– July 29 August 1st The Spiritual Growth Workshop is a great chance for you and your family to go on vacation and learn about God. There is something for everyone and I can’t recommend it enough. Check out their website at www.spiritualgrowthworkshop.com
Sonquest Money Due– August 1st
Sonquest is the annual Youth Rally that is held in Orlando. This year the date is September 3-5. The Cost is $100 for transportation, registration, and the hotel. Make sure that you get your money in by August 1st to get a spot.

Decorate for VBS– August 5-8 We will help decorate for VBS this year. The times will be posted when we get closer.
VBS– August 9-13 Vacation Bible School will be a Monday Through Friday 9 am to 12 pm. There is a need for leaders, helpers, and everything in between.
Summer Banquet -August 14th The Summer Banquet is a last time for us to say goodbye to our seniors. We will show the summer video, play games, and have dinner. Bring $12 for food (good stuff not pizza). The fun starts at 7 and goes till 10. The location is TBA.
VBS Extravaganza-August 15th An awesome time to celebrate the success of VBS. This will be after morning service. There will be games and lots of fun.
